An emotionally electric actor whose potent contributions to any production are enhanced by her producing background.

Maya found a call to storytelling by watching epic classic movies with her family at a young age and traveling the world with them to over 65 countries. She is a proud SAG-AFTRA member who has been acting professionally for over 14 years.

She recently produced Francesca Scorsese’s Fish Out of Water, and made her Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut leading in Sent From My iPhone.

In 2021 she co-created her production company, One & Other Productions, which produces narratives that illuminate multicultural identities.

Maya was a recurring Guest Star on Chicago P.D., and featured in MGM+’s Emperor of Ocean Park. She has been featured in several commercials for prolific American companies. She earned her B.F.A. at the NYU Tisch School of the Arts and Stern School of Business. Maya is trained in both Practical Aesthetics and Grotowski.
